Memorial Greeting - Please use this greeting for stars that have been named after a loved one that has passed away. Fill out the form and print it out to give to your friend so that they know that it is on it's way.

As another option, once your order has been processed, an email is sent to the email address that you used when you ordered to confirm the order. Included as an attachment to this email is a copy of the star deed certificate. You could print out a copy of this certificate and give it to them until the original one arrives.
